THE COMPANY
Hâ‚‚ Energy Systems is a disruptive hydrogen technology company transforming the economics of clean energy production. Our proprietary process converts abundant, low-cost scrap aluminum into high-purity hydrogen— without electricity or carbon emissions—offering a scalable and cost-efficient alternative to fossil fuels.
KEY MANAGEMENT TEAM
-Dr. Petros Savva – De-pollution expert, has been studying and teaching about hydrogen and related applications for 20+ years. -Prokopios Hadjigeorgiou – Chemical engineer skilled in process design and implementation.
-Scott Waite – Former financier specializing in energy and industrial metals

VALUE PROPOSITION
-Producing hydrogen from recycled aluminum presents a compelling economic and environmental advantage by leveraging a low-cost, energy efficient, and sustainable process.
-Unlike traditional hydrogen production methods that rely on fossil fuels or high-energy electrolysis, this approach requires no external electricity, significantly reducing operating costs. By utilizing scrap aluminum, the process not only creates a circular economy for metal waste but also reduces the carbon footprint associated with primary aluminum production and hydrogen generation.
-Additionally, the process generates a high-value bauxite by-product, opening new revenue streams from various industries.
-This innovative and patentable hydrogen production model offers a scalable and financially viable pathway for decarbonizing energy-intensive industries.
THE LEAD PRODUCTS
-At the core of our innovation is our proprietary hydrogen reactor unit, which can be:
1) integrated into a centralized hydrogen production system where the hydrogen can be bottled, stored, and sold to customers in the mobility, energy, and industrial sectors, or
2) deployed as a standalone solution for on-site hydrogen production.
-In addition to hydrogen, the system also produces high-value bauxite as a byproduct, which can be sold to various industries.

BUSINESS MODEL AND GO TO MARKET
-Our go-to-market strategy is built around two complementary revenue streams, catering to both hydrogen buyers and industrial customers seeking on-site hydrogen production.
-In the first model, hydrogen is produced centrally and sold as a fuel to industries that require hydrogen for applications such as fuel cells in maritime and heavy transport, off-grid power solutions, and industrial processes.
-The second model focuses on leasing our proprietary reactor system to industrial customers who require continuous hydrogen supply on-site—such as factories, refineries, and energy-intensive industries. This eliminates their dependence on costly hydrogen transportation and storage, allowing them to generate hydrogen as needed while reducing operational costs. In this scenario, our company provides ongoing technical support and maintenance as part of the lease agreement, ensuring optimal system performance. Additionally, we retain the right to collect the bauxite by-product from the customer’s site and sell it onward for a fee, creating a circular revenue model where both hydrogen and its valuable by-products generate long-term profitability.
